It begin with Shelly Spann dreaming of owning her own business where she could be creative as she wanted to be with no limits. She came up with the idea of Wine & Wax parties as she perfected her Brazilian bikini waxing technique . All services are provided by Shelly Spann the waxing artist and facial specialist. You can make an appointment for a one on one services at Beauty & Wellness by Shelly located at 3601 Clarks Lane or make it an event with eight or more of your girlfriends. Any hostess with a party of eight or more people will receive their service complimentary. At the end of all parties there will be a photo shoot with a champagne toast.
